As an Alpha Client, you will be treated like production customers. You'll have production server environments (hosted by Engine Yard, one of the best in the business). You'll see your own live data in realtime, accessible from any computer or device you deem appropriate.

And more importantly, your feedback will determine the future direction of he Pharos AMS and the Pharos Trader. Our agile software development methodology works best when our users tell us about their business needs. We don't develop our software in a vacuum -- we work closely with you to determine the best way to solve your problems.

You won't have to make a decision about whether to purchase a license for our software until the software module for an energy market is production-ready. We're betting that, by that time, you'll see what our product and staff brings to your organization, and you'll be amazed that so much functionality is available so inexpensively.

Each energy market has its own conventions and market regulations, not to mention varying data availability, file formats and settlements process. So even if we are production-ready in one market, we'd love to take on alpha customers in markets that we don't yet cover completely.
